So it's critical that the ASA, CX
and PRSM all have the same time. Obviously the easiest and correct way
to ensure this is by using NTP. It took way too long to figure out NTP
on CDA and PRSM so hopefully I can save you some time by posting the
commands. I live in the United States and in the Central time zone.
You'll need to make some adjustments to fit your timezone. Also, the NTP
server at 134.84.84.84 is at the University of Minnesota. You'll want
to select a NTP server local to your timezone. There's a link at the
bottom to find NTP servers near you.
NTP on ASA
ntp server 134.84.84.84
clock timezone CST -6
clock summer-time CDT recurring
clock summer-time CST recurring 2 Sun Mar 2:00 1 Sun Nov 2:00
NTP on CDA
clock timezone America/Chicago
ntp server 134.84.84.84
NTP on PRSM
Set the NTP server from the setup command, then
config timezone
and select your timezone from the list
