If you encountered this error an authentication error has occurred
You could try to execute below command as administrator:
REG ADD HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\CredSSP\Parameters\ /v AllowEncryptionOracle /t REG_DWORD /d 2
And try again,
